Hello me lovelies
I decided i am going to a daily food diary...some with pictures and some without, just depends on how busy i am plus i will let you know if have done any exercise whether it's on my Wii Fit plus or a dvd that i have, I just think it will help me keep on track with everything!!
Today i have just had a relaxing day and spent time in the garden with my kindle reading and then this afternoon i made a Slimming world Syn Free quiche ready for my meals.
Here's a picture of a piece of the quiche and everything else i had for my dinner today...
It was really yummy and i still have left over quiche for tomorrow's dinner and tea...nom nom nom!!

Slimming World Syn Free pasta quiche - made with Batchelors Chicken & mushroom pasta sauce excluding milk and butter
Asda Ranch Salad excluding the sauce and crumbs {sorry not sure what they really are Lol}
Roasted new potato's seasoned with Celery salt
30g Grated cheese {HEA}
2 x tsp Asda chosen by you, reduced fat {2 syns}
Tea
Grilled Chicken
Salad
Pitta {7.5 syns}
Snacks
{none}
Total syns
9.5 Syns
Exercise
Did 20 mins on the Wii Fit and i burned about 150kcals {i think!!}
